EMERGENCY COKE CUTTING
An Emergency Coke Cutting Jet Pump Replacement is a critical, unplanned maintenance procedure in a Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) where a failed or malfunctioning primary high-pressure cutting water pump (typically 3,000–4,300+ psi) is rapidly replaced or bypassed with a temporary unit to avoid shutting down the entire refinery unit.
