Shariza has led HR in Tiger Tanks Trinidad Unlimited since 2017

She has also led HR for TTTU’s Guyana Operations from 2017 to 2022. 

She also provides leadership for site Information Technology and Security

Mrs. Dhoray holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), which is an advanced-level certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and she has achieved the Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. certification

She has been a Senior Masters of Business Administration (MBA) lecturer in Leadership, Human Resources Management, Marketing and Strategy for UK and Regional Universities for the last 18 years where she delivers based on the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) standards

Shariza Dhoray has spent the last 25 years in the Energy Sector in Corporate Services and Human Resources roles.  She has delivered on strategic targets in HR in the areas of Developing HR policies and procedures, Overseeing HR operations, Directing an HR enterprise, and Aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.  She brings to the Company a wealth of experience in Employee Engagement and High-Performance Work Systems and Leads the Company’s Employee and Industrial Relations Practices. 

She has attained from the University of the West Indies a Masters in Human Resources Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration.

Mrs. Dhoray brings to Tiger Tanks a wealth of knowledge and
a strong business acumen from the upstream and downstream oil and gas sector with
a passion for HR Metrics and Scorecards and Best Practices to drive business
results and has an expansive professional network.  She also promotes Diversity Equity and
Inclusion and ethical Business Practices and brings these competencies to the
Company to ensure her team and the Company’s HR Practices are aligned resulting
in value added performance of all employees on site.
