Tiger Offshore Fourchon Receives the Most Improved Award
Tiger Rentals proudly announced that its Port Fourchon location was recognized as the 2025 Most Improved Location in the Gulf of America. This distinguished award underscores the facility’s remarkable resilience and commitment to excellence, featuring best-in-class facilities, top-quality equipment, and exceptional operational standards, especially notable after the yard was devastated by Hurricane Ida in 2021. In early 2024, Tiger’s leadership challenged all locations to elevate their operational discipline. The Port Fourchon team responded with a transforming initiative, rebuilding and enhancing the facility from the ground up. Key improvements included reorganizing equipment and parts for optimal efficiency, establishing routine vehicle washing schedules, and implementing a rotating schedule for daily and weekly cleanups. Selected by Colby Crenshaw, President of Tiger Rentals, and Gentry Perry, Corporate HSE Manager, after their comprehensive 6S Tour, this award celebrates Port Fourchon’s relentless pursuit of continuous improvement. The location excelled with outstanding driving scores, spotless truck cleanliness, and impeccable organization, setting a new standard for safety and operational efficiency in the Gulf of America. “Every year, members of Tiger Rentals Management conduct a company wide tour to see how the facilities have maintained their 6S programs. Specific attention is given to equipment organization and appearance, labeling, paint, signage, safety and even employee facilities and uniforms. At Tiger, the importance of a well-organized and efficient operation is paramount to controlling costs and improving employee job satisfaction. For 2025, Tiger Offshore Fourchon successfully accomplished significant improvements in all aspects of the Tiger 6S standard resulting in the Most Improved Award. Jordan and his team have fully embraced the Tiger Corporate 6S and QHSE culture resulting in the win.” said Gentry Perry, Corp QHSE Manager
